Isn’t the cover art divine??
Bespoke is a sweet little full-colour Australian print zine (also available in digital download format!), published by Jessica Van Den (the blogger behind EpheriellDesigns.com) and features a huge array of Aussie and international crafty types.

Issue 2 includes articles such as:
- vintage crafts - rag ruggin'
- how to find your vintage era
- a tutorial on how to carve a sweet birdie stamp
- the stories of 3 women who gave up corporate careers to launch thriving creative businesses
- thrive - an interview with a crafty lady making a full-time living from her upcycled kimono jewellery
- and lots more :)
Here’s a lil sneaky peak of what you’ll find inside:
SCN_0004-2Insert fangirl scream over the luvverly Pip, of Mikes fame
SCN_0003-2Ooh pretty!

SCN_0005Cannot wait to read these stories from folks ditching corporate for creative!
Bespoke is written totally by the community, for the community. Jess is always on the lookout for submissions from artists, photographers, handmade and vintage biz owners etc So, if you would like to submit your article, become a sponsor, or would like to stock the mag in your store, please contact jess AT bespokezine.com

Now that I’ve told you all about it (Can you tell I’m a fan?), I’m guessing you want to know what you need to do to win. Well, nothing really! All you need to do is comment here telling me your favourite aspect of the creative community, and I will choose a random winner. It’s as easy as that!

Good luck and happy crafting!

Oooh, ooh - Pick me, pick me, pick me...Pretttty please! I've just got introduced to all these amazing peeps via @sammimarks on Twitter and I'm ever so greatful. What do I love about the creative community? The encouragement and support. It is complete, total and given with absolute love. This is sooo absent in the corporate world, a place I could never return to. My mental health won't let me. I hope in the next couple of years to move myself permanently into a low stress, highly rewarding, fulltime, money earning creative place.

I am so glad that I am part of such a community of generous people. Thi world wide web has been a lifeline for me to so many talented people who are willing to share themselves with others. I am lucky that I have been able to earn my keep in the creative world since 1982.

What I love most about the creative community is how readily everyone is to give each other inspiration!! I have learned SO MUCH!!!! I get eye candy all the time - any time I need or want it!!! And just about everyone is so friendly! I love it!

Wow what a fantastic opportunity, thnaks Lita... I downloaded the first issue...great stuff, so pleeeaase pick me.

I have been so inspired by everyone in the creative community in the last 12 months. I was an every now and then creative, but have decided to move on and do much much more.

This is what is so great about this community, everyone is so giving of their knowledge and ideas. It gives me not only enjoyment but the inspiration I need (actually sometimes too much, cos my mind hasn't stopped since January last year!)...T
