Brighter Days Ahead

I’ve no doubt that by now you will have heard about the devastating floods here in Australia, in both Queensland and Victoria. So many people have been affected, from minor damage right through to the complete loss of homes, and of course lives. It is heartbreaking to see the devastation on the news, and even more so to learn that an amazing member of the digiscrap community has been affected.
Zoe Pearn (designer at Sweet Shoppe Designs) and her family are facing the daunting task of a rebuild, after the flood waters reached the roofline of their home. I can’t even begin to imagine how hard this must be for them, but add to the mix two young children – was just a few weeks old – and my mind just boggles. But Zoe is a typical Aussie – she’s a fighter. And with just a little help I know she and her family will get through this.
In order to lend a hand, the amazing designers at the Sweet Shoppe banded together to create this amazing collab, BRIGHTER DAYS AHEAD, with all proceeds going directly to Zoe’s family.
